Villa Privilege is situated 9 Km from the centre of Corfu Town . It was built in 2003 and it occupies an enviable position on a fully green hillside next to the traditional Danillia settlement. Offering a panoramic view of the Corfu town, the property is surrounded by 12 acres full of grass. It is approached by a private road sweeping up to the garage and then steps leading to the swimming pool 12mx7m and the tennis court.

The Villa is available to rent all year around!

GROUND FLOOR: 2 garages, extensive living-dining room 15m2, fitted kitchen, a home cinema room 40m2 with a video projector , leather armchairs and a cinema THX ULTRA 2 system.
